Shipping policy

 

PRE-MADE ORDERS :

Pre-made orders will be shipped in 1-4 business days. All Pre-made products will be listed as Pre-made in the description. 

PRE-ORDER ORDERS: 

Pre-order products will be shipped within 4-6 weeks after purchase. All Pre-order products will be listed as Pre-order in the description. We will make sure that you know the product is a Pre-order. If you do not feel like waiting 4-6 weeks to receive your order PLEASE DO NOT ORDER !

 

PLEASE NOTE :

Once we ship your package we are not held responsible for UPS/USPS deliveries, any delivery issues with UPS/USPS must be handled with UPS/USPS because we are NOT a shipping carrier. If a package is lost under the shipping carrier, they are responsible for claim & locating packages. For any other circumstances if your order is replaced for any reason you are full responsible to pay for shipping.

Once we receive your order, please allow 24 to 48 hours for payment processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays). All orders are subject to processing time unless otherwise stated in the product description. Payment processing time is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination, once it has been fulfilled.


We also are not responsible for packages that are sent back due to insufficient address. If your package is sent back due to this matter please be aware that you are FULLY RESPONSIBLE of covering the cost to reship the package. ALL PACKAGES ARE INSURED BY USPS. PLEASE CONTACT USPS IF YOUR PACKAGE IS PERHAPS LOST OR STOLEN! MAKE SURE YOU PUT THE CORRECT SHIPPING INFO
